Meet Thelma At 11 years young, This Golden girl Thelma is a sweet and sprightly Spaniel-Golden mix (our best guess!) who’s ready to share her golden years with someone special. She may be a senior, but she still has plenty of personality and joy to share! Thelma is great on leash and enjoys going out for quick potty breaks — but long walks aren’t really her thing these days. She’s more of a “stroll and sniff” kind of gal who prefers her comfy dog bed or a cozy spot on the couch. This lovely lady is completely housebroken, sleeps quietly through the night, and has wonderful manners. She adores people and gets along well with most dogs — she’s just an all-around sweetheart with a calm, friendly energy. When Thelma arrived at our rescue, we discovered she has diabetes. She takes insulin twice a day like a champ and isn’t fazed by it at all. She’s otherwise happy, content, and ready to enjoy life by your side. Thelma is looking for a home where she can be loved, spoiled, and cherished — a place to enjoy long naps, soft toys, gentle affection, and the simple joy of companionship. Sly

Sly is a spunky, 3-year-old Jack Russell/Rat Terrier mix is ready to steal your heart—and maybe your tennis ball! Sly is every bit the classic terrier: smart, energetic, and totally toy-obsessed. Balls, squeakers, stuffies—you name it, he’s all in. He’s housebroken, loves leash walks, loves car rides (a true gentleman on the road), and forms a deep bond with his person. Once he picks you, he’s your loyal shadow, ready to join you on every daily errand or adventure. Sly would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time and happy to include him in their day-to-day routine. He’s not the kind of dog who likes to be left behind—he’s a “ride or die” kind of pup. While he can learn to coexist with most dogs given proper introduction, Sly definitely prefers to be the king of his castle. He’d be happiest as your one and only. A fenced in yard is a must for him. Meet Pax! Pax is a 7.5-year-young Maltese with a heart full of love and a personality that will melt yours. This adorable little guy is as sweet as they come and has fully embraced the “couch potato” lifestyle. He’s a chill, easygoing companion who just wants a comfy lap to call his own. Pax loves everyone—people, dogs, and cats of all sizes. He’ll happily curl up in a cozy spot and sleep soundly through the night, making him an easy and comforting companion. He’s also working hard on mastering his housebreaking and making great progress. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate buddy who’s past the puppy chaos but still has so much love to give, Pax is the perfect match. The average foster lasts just a few weeks. We provide the basics, veterinary care and guidance. You provide love, training, and a home. The care and attention of foster families allow us to expertly match our pets with prospective homes.

Abella

Meet Abella! Abella is a sweet and affectionate 5–7-year-old girl weighing about 23 lbs. She came into foster care a little sad and unsure, but with love and patience, her tail is wagging again and there’s a happy pep back in her step! Abella adores being petted and cuddled — she’s happiest when she’s close to her people. She loves lounging on the couch or curling up in a soft dog bed for a cozy nap. She has a great appetite and enjoys her meals. She’s wonderful with other dogs and enjoys their company. Abella walks beautifully on the leash and loves exploring the neighborhood at an easy pace. She’s still working on her housebreaking but is making progress — she sleeps quietly in her crate at night and when her foster mom is away, which also helps her routine. Abella is a gentle soul who’s been through a lot but is now ready to find her forever family — one that will give her all the love and comfort she deserves. Cirra

Cirra is a darling 5-year-old Pomeranian weighing just 4 lbs—but don’t let her tiny size fool you, this little fluffball has a big personality! Spunky, playful, and endlessly curious, Cirra is full of puppy-like energy and keeps her people smiling with her antics. She loves being close to her family and insists on sleeping right next to her humans at night. 😅 Cirra is brave, intelligent, and attached to her people, so she’ll thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention. She’s doing great learning to potty outside and is catching on quickly. When it comes to other pets, Cirra is very much an alpha girl—she’s okay with dogs but prefers to be the leader of the pack or the only dog in the home. Cats, however, are a no-go (she thinks chasing them is a game). Because of her teeny size, Cirra is looking for an adult-only home or one with children over 15 who understand how to be gentle with a small pup. Kiki

Meet Kiki! Kiki is an absolutely adorable 5-year-old Bengal mix (our best guess) with a sparkling personality to match her beautiful looks! This affectionate and intelligent girl loves attention and is always ready for pets and cuddles. Her gorgeous coat feels like silk. Kiki is friendly with other cats and enjoys being part of the action. She was surrendered to a local shelter along with her housemate, Mimi (also available for adoption). While they’d love to find a home together, they can also be adopted separately — both girls are confident and adaptable. Kiki would make a wonderful addition to almost any home.
